OUR RECRUITERS LLP is seeking a Resident Technical Officer (M&E) to supervise and monitor M&E works at site, ensuring strict adherence to approved drawings, specifications and statutory requirements. The role includes conducting inspections, attending coordination and quality meetings, and witnessing testing to verify conformance with design intent.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years in a similar role and holds valid RE/RTO accreditation by IES/ACES; BCSS certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Resident Technical Officer or in a relevant role.
• Registered and valid RE/RTO accreditation by IES or ACES.
• Optional BCSS certification preferred.
• Conversant with statutory codes and requirements.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of working experience as a Resident Technical Officer or in a relevant role.
• Registered and valid RE/RTO accreditation by the Joint Accreditation Committee of Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) or Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES).
• Preferred applicants with a Certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisors Course (BCSS).
• Conversant in statutory codes and requirements.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
