Job summary

JGP Architecture (S) PTE LTD is seeking a Resident Technical Officer for Singapore-based projects. You will supervise civil, structural, and architectural works, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance on upgrading and upgrading works for residents.

The role involves inspections, coordination with contractors and authorities, and timely handover of completed works. HIP project experience is preferred; strong documentation and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Registered RTO certification.
• Minimum 3 years of supervision experience in Civil & Structural or Architectural works.
• Experience with HIP/HDB HIP projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily upgrading and construction works to ensure quality and compliance with drawings and specs.
• Monitor site safety, housekeeping, and project progress.
• Conduct inspections and ensure defects are rectified promptly.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and authorities on site matters.
• Attend to residents' enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Conduct condition surveys, unit inspections, and handover of completed works to residents.
• Maintain site records, reports, and project documentation.
• Monitor project schedules and highlight delays or site issues.
• Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager or Consultant.
