Job summary

FC Inspection Pte. Ltd. seeks a Resident Technical Officer (RTO) to supervise and coordinate on-site works.

You will ensure compliance with contract requirements and safety standards, attend site meetings, and review contractor submissions and claims. The role requires travel between multiple sites and adherence to management instructions. Knowledge of HDB projects is a plus, and registration with IES as an RTO in Singapore is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Registered with IES as Resident Technical Officers (RTO) in Singapore.
• Experience in HDB projects would be advantageous.
• Willingness to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist QP(Supervision) on site supervision and coordination works.
• Ensure works are carried out according to contract and in a safe manner.
• Attend site meetings.
• Review contractor’s submission.
• Review contractor's claim.
• Follow instructions given by management.
