Job summary

APEX28 CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Resident Technical Officer with 5+ years of experience to oversee major building construction works, including M&E systems, and ensure adherence to project specs and safety standards.

You will coordinate with contractors and engineers to meet milestones, monitor progress, and report to management while ensuring compliance with Singapore codes and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Resident Technical Officer.
• Proficiency in project management and construction supervision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes, regulations, and standards.
