Job summary

CONSTRUCTION PROFESSIONALS PTE. LTD. is seeking a site supervisor to oversee construction works in line with BCA regulations. You will ensure that design documentation is accurately implemented on site and that safety standards are maintained throughout the project.

The role requires a Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and at least 5 years of site supervision experience, with familiarity with local codes. Strong communication and reporting skills are essential for project updates.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent from Singapore Polytechnic or other tertiary institutions of equivalent standing
• National Certificate on Construction Supervision from BCA or equivalent preferred
• Preferably registered as Resident Technical Officer accredited by IES/ACES
• Possess at least 5 years of relevant and practical site supervision experience
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Project for project update and reports
• Familiar with local codes & regulations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
