Job summary

GV Tech Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced M&E RTO to monitor on-site activities, review drawings, and ensure compliance with COP and statutory requirements.

You will coordinate with QP/Employer, prepare defect lists, review contractor method statements, and ensure safe progress while addressing non-conformances.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Diploma in Electrical Engineering or an M&E Coordination Certification with a Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an M&E RTO.
• M&E RTO certificate accredited by IES/ACE.

Responsibilities

• Monitor contractors' daily activity, site progress, schedule and safety on site.
• Carry out administrative works and other duties as required by QP/Employer.
• Review and check all M&E drawings and specifications to ensure works follow approved plans/drawings.
• Familiarity with Singapore COP, regulations and statutory requirements.

Job Description:

• Monitor contractors' daily activity, site progress, schedule and safety on site
• Carry out administrative works and other duties as required by QP/Employer
• Review and check all the M&E drawings, specifications, and to ensure that works are carried out in accordance with the approved plans/drawings.
• Must familiar with Singapore code of practice (COP), regulations and statutory requirements.
• Highlight discrepancies, feedback site progress and non-conformances/irregularities to QP/Consultants/Employer.
• Assist in reviewing of contractor's method statements and working procedures and assure contractor followed on site.
• Prepare lists of defects, monitor the progress of rectification works and ensure all the defects are satisfactorily rectified.
