Job summary

Binnies Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Resident Technical Officer (Civil) to supervise civil and structural works on site in accordance with approved drawings and the Building Control Act.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering, is registered with IES as Resident Technical Officer (Civil), and has about 10 years of construction experience with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Registered with IES as Resident Technical Officer (Civil).
• About 10 years of construction experience in supervising civil and structural works.
• A person with good communication skills and with ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out site supervision duties in accordance with the Building Control Act.
• Ensure works are done appropriately following the approved drawings.
• Assist the Resident Engineer on all site and/or construction related matters.
