Qingjian Realty (South Pacific) Group Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Resident Technical Officer to supervise civil, architectural and M&E works on high-rise residential projects.

You will review drawings, ensure quality and safety, and ensure compliance with Building Control Act and local regulations. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/NCCS in Civil Engineering, is registered as RTO with BCA/IES/ACES, and has at least 3 years of RTO supervision experience on tall residential buildings.

Qualifications

• Diploma/NCCS in Civil Engineering required.
• Registered as Resident Technical Officer with BCA/IES/ACES.
• Possess 3 years of RTO experience in supervision of Building works (piling, structural and architectural works).
• Experience in high-rise residential projects.

Responsabilités

• Review project drawings and specifications and raise discrepancies before construction works commence and throughout the project.
• Supervise construction and related works; maintain quality control per project specs, drawings, sketches and site instructions by supervising personnel.
• Ensure contractors comply with Building Control Act, Regulations, Codes of Practice and government requirements.
• Observe safety on site and submit reports; ensure works are carried out safely.
• Supervise all civil and structural engineering works as required under Building Control Act & Regulations.
• Report to Qualified Person (Supervision), Senior Resident Engineer and Resident Engineer.
• Attend meetings, workshops and presentations as required.
• Conduct all Architectural & M&E testing prior to TOP.
• Inspect and conduct lock-up inspections before handover to owner.

Responsibilities：

• Review all project drawingsand specifications, and raise any discrepancies and/or possible problems beforeconstruction work commence on site and progressively throughout the entire courseof the project
• Supervise the constructionand related works, maintain quality control and ensure that the works arecarried out in accordance with the project specifications, drawings, sketchesand site instructions by the supervising qualified persons and projectconsultants
• Ensure that the contractorscarry out their work in compliance with Building Control Act and Regulations,Codes of Practices and requirements of building authorities and governmentagencies
• Observe and comply with sitesafety, and submit all reports as directed and ensure that works are carriedout in a safe and proper manner
• Supervision of all civil& structural engineering works as required under the project and mandatedunder the Building Control Act & Regulations.
• Report to Qualified Person(Supervision), Senior Resident Engineer and Resident Engineer.
• Attend meetings, workshopsand presentations where required.
• Conductall Architectural & M&E testing prior to TOP
• Inspect and conduct lockup inspection before handing over to owner

Requirements：

• Diploma/NCCS in CivilEngineering discipline
• Registered as ResidentTechnical Officer with BCA/IES/ACES
• Possess 3 years of RTOexperience in supervision of Building works (piling, structural andarchitectural works)
• Experience in high-riseresidential projects
• Familiar with industry Actsand Regulations.
