Job summary

QINGJIAN REALTY (SOUTH PACIFIC) GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking a qualified professional to supervise construction and M&E works on high-rise residential projects in Singapore.

You will review drawings, ensure quality and safety, and manage compliance with codes and authority requirements throughout the project lifecycle. The role requires a Diploma/NCCS in M&E and a minimum of 3 years in a relevant field, with strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with engineers and contractors on

Qualifications

• Diploma/NCCS in M&E discipline.
• Min. 3 years in relevant field.
• Experience in high-rise residential projects.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review all project drawings and specifications and raise discrepancies before construction commences and throughout the project.
• Supervise construction and related works, maintain quality control, ensure works comply with project specs and site instructions.
• Ensure contractors comply with Codes of Practices and authorities' requirements.
• Observe site safety and submit reports; ensure works are carried out in a safe manner.
• Supervise all M&E works as required under the project and Building Control Act & Regulations.
• Report to Qualified Person (M&E), Senior Resident Engineer and Resident Engineer.
• Attend meetings, workshops and presentations as required.
• Conduct architectural & M&E testing prior to TOP.
• Inspect and conduct lockup inspection before handover to owner.

Responsibilities：

• Review all project drawingsand specifications, and raise any discrepancies and/or possible problems beforeconstruction work commence on site and progressively throughout the entirecourse of the project.
• Supervise the constructionand related works, maintain quality control and ensure that the works arecarried out in accordance with the project specifications, drawings, sketchesand site instructions by the supervising qualified persons and projectconsultants.
• Ensure that the contractorscarry out their work in compliance with Codes of Practices and requirements ofauthorities and government agencies.
• Observe and comply with sitesafety, and submit all reports as directed and ensure that works are carriedout in a safe and proper manner.
• Supervision of all M&Eworks as required under the project and mandated under the Building Control Act& Regulations.
• Report to Qualified Person (M&E),Senior Resident Engineer and Resident Engineer.
