Job summary

Ters Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee infrastructure works, applying civil/structural engineering expertise while ensuring quality, safety, and timely project execution.

You will coordinate with project teams, monitor progress, and enforce standards, with a 44–47 hour work week and shift duties. Diploma in civil/structural engineering or NCCS is preferred, and accreditation as QSS is desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience supervising infrastructure works.
• Diploma in civil/structural engineering or NCCS.
• Accreditation by JAC of IES/ACES as a Qualified Site Supervisor (QSS).

Responsibilities

• Oversee infrastructure construction to ensure compliance with engineering specs and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project teams to monitor progress and resolve construction issues.
• Apply civil/structural engineering knowledge to supervise quality and methods.
• Manage shift work schedules to maintain continuous site operations and meet deadlines.
• Ensure regulatory and accreditation requirements are followed during supervision.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory and accreditation requirements during construction supervision

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum three (3) years of experience supervising infrastructure works, preferably with LTA projects
• Diploma in civil/structural engineering or National Certificate in Construction Supervision (NCCS) or equivalent
• Accreditation by JAC of IES/ACES as a Qualified Site Supervisor (QSS)
