Job summary

You will coordinate defects investigations, verify rectification by contractors to meet HDB requirements, and monitor progress to meet service standards. Maintain precise site records and apply 3+ years of experience in C&S or Architectural works with BCA/NCCS/BCSS certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience supervising C&S or Architectural works, preferably on HDB BTO projects.
• BCA registration / NCCS / BCSS certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise building works to ensure compliance with the Building Control Act and project specifications
• Coordinate and oversee defects investigation and rectification works to resolve issues effectively
• Verify that contractors complete defects rectification satisfactorily and meet HDB requirements
• Monitor and track defects rectification progress to ensure adherence to established service standards
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive site documentation and records for all supervised works
