Job summary

jgp-group consultants (s) pte. ltd. seeks an experienced supervisor for BTO building works, ensuring compliance with Building Control Act and safety standards. You will coordinate defects investigations, maintain site records, and take a lead RTO role while guiding and auditing the supervision team.

The ideal candidate has BCA registration and extensive supervision experience on C&S/Architectural/M&E works, especially in HDB BTO projects.

Qualifications

• BCA-registered / NCCS / BCSS.
• Min 7 years’ experience in supervision of C&S/Architectural/M&E works, preferably in HDB BTO projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise BTO building works as per Building Control Act.
• Ensure proper processes and safe construction methods by the main contractor.
• Coordinate and supervise defects investigation and rectification works.
• Organize and maintain proper site documentation and records.
• Able to perform Lead RTO role.
• Lead, manage and audit the supervision team.
