Job description

Job Description:

• Minimum 8 years of architectural experience with recognised Diploma in relevant field, and at least 5 years of experience in construction supervision for projects of similar scale and complexity in local context.

• Work as Resident Technical Officer to our LTA projects, to assist and report to RE and SRE to monitor all site activities, and any incident, including near-misses. Report any non-compliance to RE and Qualified Person Supervision (QPS).

• Assist Engineer in carrying out supervision for related works include but not limited to replacement and extension, construction and reconfiguration of viaduct/ bridge works, and associated civil works, proposed new flexible pavement and infrastructure, re-alignment of roadways, fencing and construction.

• Prepare daily reports at regular basic and as required by clients.

• Supervise all construction activities and ensure compliance to all plans/drawings, risk assessment and specifications.

• Willing to work on rotation shifts.

• Ensure compliance to all health and safety policies.

• Ensure that contractor and their subcontractor comply with client's safety requirement, and safety checklists are follow.

• Reject poor quality of works at site and inform RE to raise non-conformance notice.

• Assist RE to manage and maintain records and documentation on field or site changes and to monitor adherence to construction schedule.

• Carry out standing supervision for critical site activities based.

• Preferably PR and Singaporean.
