GREAT RESOURCES M&E CONTRACTOR PTE LTD is seeking a capable Resident Surveyor to lead and manage all on-site surveying activities. The role focuses on accurate, timely execution of surveying tasks to support project requirements.

You will plan, schedule, and coordinate daily operations, ensure precise measurements, attend site meetings with clients, and support the construction team. Experience on HDB projects and SISV registration are essential.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Land Surveyor.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience working on HDB projects.
• Must be a registered member of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV).

Responsabilidades

• Lead, plan, and manage all surveying activities on site.
• Schedule and coordinate daily surveying operations.
• Ensure that all measurements and readings are conducted accurately, efficiently, and within set timelines.
• Attend site meetings and work closely with clients on all land surveying matters.
• Conduct periodic site inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Support the construction team when necessary.
