Job summary

Rich Construction Company is seeking a skilled Resident Surveyor to lead on-site surveying activities and ensure accurate, timely execution to meet project requirements. You will oversee field teams, review measurements, and coordinate with the construction crew.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of land surveying experience, a diploma or degree in land surveying or civil engineering, exposure to HDB projects, and SISV registration. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Land Surveyor.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience working on HDB projects.
Must be a registered member of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV).

Responsibilities

Lead, plan, and manage all surveying activities on site.
Schedule and coordinate daily surveying operations.
Ensure that all measurements and readings are conducted accurately, efficiently, and within set timelines.
Attend site meetings and work closely with clients on all land surveying matters.
Conduct periodic site inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Support the construction team when necessary.
