Job summary

Kian Hiap Construction Pte Ltd invites a Communications/Resident Relations Officer (CRO) for HIP projects in Singapore. You will liaise with clients, residents, and subcontractors, generate schedules, and manage information centre operations to support site activities.

Applicants should have 2-3 years in public relations, be proficient in English and another official language, and able to use Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE “A” Level with 2-3 years of public relations experiences preferably in Home Improvement Program (HIP) projects.
• Capable of communicating effectively in English and one other official language.
• Possesses computer skills in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PPT.

Responsibilities

• Capable of taking instruction from Client’s Rep, consultants and contractor’s project manager.
• Manage public relations issues and general project queries with residents effectively.
• Liaise with subcontractors and project stakeholders (HDB, Town Council and Consultants) pertaining to the project/residents.
