Job summary

Progressive Builders Private Limited seeks a Customer Relations Officer (CRO) to support the EAST Programme for private housing and condominiums. You will coordinate site surveys and appointments with homeowners, handle calls and inquiries, and follow up on requests and feedback.

The role requires 2+ years of PR/customer service experience in HDB upgrading projects, strong communication, and a pleasant, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE A Level qualification.
• At least 2 years of public relations or customer service experience in HDB upgrading projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality with a friendly and professional disposition.
• Good organisational and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable handling phone calls and communicating with homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site surveys and installation appointments with homeowners.
• Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries.
• Follow up on customer requests, feedback and pending appointments.
• Update case status, appointment details and customer information in the system.
• Monitor case progress and coordinate schedule changes with relevant parties.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager or Management.
