Job summary

PRECISE DEVELOPMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a qualified site supervision professional for West Singapore, available Aug/Sep 2026.

The role requires a Civil/Structural Engineering degree and PE/IES/ACES accreditation, with at least 5 years' supervision experience on structural and architectural works within condominium projects. The successful candidate will coordinate a multi-disciplinary team, interpret drawings, maintain site records, and ensure safety compliance and regulatory adherence on-site

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from PE Board Singapore-accredited university
• Experience in full-time site supervision with IES/ACES accreditation
• Experience on Process Plants projects is advantageous
• Familiar with local Civil/Structural regulations and codes

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect works on site
• Maintain essential site records
• Coordinate project until completion
• Attend progress, variation and coordination meetings
• Interpret drawings and contract documents for works
• Manage site supervisors across C&S, architectural and M&E works
• Ensure health and safety compliance on site per MOM requirements
