FRASERS PROPERTY CORPORATE SERVICES PTE. LTD. seeks a dedicated Resident Engineer to oversee on-site construction for a 28- and 29-storey residential development with basements, sky terrace and childcare facilities in Singapore.

The role requires 8+ years in civil/structural supervision, PE registration preferred, and proficiency with AutoCAD, MS Project and BIM/Revit. You will manage on-site teams, ensure compliance with drawings and regulations, and liaise with authorities and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related discipline.
• PE certification or equivalent registration preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant experience, incl. 3+ years in RE or similar supervision.
• Familiarity with building codes and local regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project and BIM/Revit.

Responsabilités

• Oversee site supervision and quality control for residential development.
• Lead RTOs, monitor inspection schedules and site presence.
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and authorities.
• Review drawings, method statements and material submissions for approval.
• Monitor HSE practices and conduct toolbox meetings; prepare progress reports.
