Binnies Singapore Pte Ltd seeks a Resident Engineer (Civil) for a temporary two-month assignment to lead the site supervision team on Civil, Structural and Building Construction works.

You will assist the Chief Resident Engineer and Construction Manager on inspection issues, contract matters, and defect rectification coordination, while responding to RFIs and reviewing method statements. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering.
• IES registration as Resident Engineer (Civil) is required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the site supervision team across Civil, Structural, and Building works.
• Assist Chief Resident Engineer and Construction Manager on site inspections and contract matters.
• Address RFI's, review method statements, and coordinate with design/QP HQ.
• Attend project meetings and lead technical and progress discussions.

Resident Engineer (Civil) - Temporary for 2 months

• Lead the site supervision team on all the Civil and Structural and Building Construction works.
• Assist Chief Resident Engineer and Construction Manager on all Civil & Structural site inspection issues, contract related matters and support the identification of defects and supervise rectification works.
• Address and respond to all Contractor’s RFI’s and technical submittals. Other work scopes include but not limited to assess method statements/instrumentation reading, coordinate with other discipline engineers and liaise with design team/QP from HQ.
• Attend all site/project related meetings, discussions with clients and/or Contractors and to lead in technical and work progress discussions.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering
• Registered with IES as Resident Engineer (Civil).
• A person with good communication and leadership skills.
