BECA CARTER HOLLINGS & FERNER (S.E.ASIA) PTE LTD is seeking a Resident Engineer for the Clementi HDB project. The candidate will oversee construction supervision, witness inspections, and ensure precast high-rise standards are met in line with designs and specifications.

The role requires a civil/structural engineering degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with HDB projects. Strong communication and local-code knowledge are essential for site coordination and

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering and registered with IES/ACES as a Resident Engineer.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Resident Engineer in precast high-rise residential projects.
• Experience with HDB projects is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with local codes and authorities’ regulations.

Responsabilités

• Provide standing supervision as directed by Consultant team.
• Witness inspections, testing and commissioning by sub-contractors to ensure quality.
• Compile equipment, material, inspection and test certificates for project records.
• Ensure safety rules are complied with.
• Resolve site issues and ensure timely completion.
• Ensure works follow drawings and specifications.
• Attend site meetings and perform site inspections.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Commencement of work expected November/December 2026.
