BECA CARTER HOLLINGS & FERNER (S.E.ASIA) PTE LTD is seeking a Resident Engineer for the Clementi HDB project. The candidate will oversee construction supervision, witness inspections, and ensure precast high-rise standards are met in line with designs and specifications.

The role requires a civil/structural engineering degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with HDB projects. Strong communication and local-code knowledge are essential for site coordination and

Competenze

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering and registered with IES/ACES as a Resident Engineer.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Resident Engineer in precast high-rise residential projects.
• Experience with HDB projects is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with local codes and authorities’ regulations.

Project: HDB at Clementi (BTO)

Job Description

• Provide standing supervision as and when directed by Consultant team.
• Witness all inspections, testing and commissioning sessions performed by Sub-contractors to ensure compliance with quality standards, designs and specifications.
• Compile relevant equipment, material, inspection and test certificated submitted by the contractors as required for the project records.
• Ensure company's safety rule is complied with.
• Resolve all site issues and ensure timely completion of the project.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance to drawings and specifications.
• Attend site meetings and perform site inspections.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Any other task assigned from time to time.
• Commencement of work November/December 2026.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from a recognized university and registered with IES/ACES as a Resident Engineer
• Minimum 3 years experiences as Resident Engineer in precast high rise residential building project.
• Experience in building projects, experience in HDB projects will be an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Preferably conversant with local codes and familiar with local authority's regulations and requirements
