Job summary

You will supervise civil and structural construction projects to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications, monitor quality and safety standards, and manage project progress through site inspections and contractor reviews.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent with relevant site experience.
• 4+ years of site supervision experience or as Resident Engineer with strong regulatory knowledge.
• Solid understanding of Singapore construction regulations and compliance requirements.
• Resident Engineer C&S with IES Registration is a must for the role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise civil and structural works to ensure on-time, quality delivery.
• Verify activities against drawings and specs to maintain standards.
• Enforce quality control and safety protocols on-site to minimize risks and ensure compliance.
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain records to track progress and flag issues.
• Review contractors' submissions and method statements for alignment with project requirements.

• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain detailed records to track project progress and identify issues early
• Review contractors' submissions and method statements to ensure alignment with project requirements and standards

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering
• Minimum 4 years of relevant site supervision experience or Resident Engineer.
• Knowledge of Singapore construction regulations essential for compliance and project execution
• Resident Engineer C&S with IES Registration is Must.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in large-scale infrastructure or building projects to support complex project management
