Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Social Worker to develop individualised care plans for residents, execute and monitor their progress, and implement programmes to meet residents' care needs.

The role is based in Buangkok, Singapore, with a monthly salary of SGD 3,500–5,500 and hours Mon–Thu 9am–7pm, Fri 9am–6pm. The candidate should hold a Degree in Social Work and preferably have experience in the Social Service Sector.

Qualifications

• Degree in Social Work.
• Preferably experience in Social Service Sector or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualise care plans for residents.
• Execute the care plan and monitor progress.
• Develop and implement programmes and activities to meet the residents' care needs.
• Put up 6th monthly review reports and monthly interview records for about 50 residents.
