Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Personal Care Officer to plan, coordinate and supervise the care and well-being of residents, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment.

You will implement programmes to enhance residents' quality of life, conduct resident interviews, and maintain accurate records while collaborating with internal teams and external providers to meet residents' needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or GCE 'A' Level qualification.
• Relevant experience in social services, residential care, nursing homes or supporting vulnerable individuals will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with residents.
• Patient, compassionate and comfortable working with individuals with different care needs.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Able to support residents with their daily care needs and activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise the care and well-being of residents.
• Organise and implement programmes and activities to enhance residents' quality of life.
• Conduct regular resident interviews and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor the upkeep of equipment, facilities and the overall environment.
• Ensure a clean, safe and comfortable environment for residents.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to address residents' needs.
• Monitor residents' general well-being and elevate concerns when necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation relating to residents' care and daily activities.
• Support the implementation of operational policies, procedures and service standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
