Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated caregiver to oversee daily care and support for residents, coordinating with staff to ensure each resident’s needs are attended to and comfort is prioritized.

You will develop, coordinate and facilitate social, emotional and general well-being programmes; conduct monthly interviews and maintain records for monitoring and follow-up; ensure home equipment is safe and serviced; keep premises clean and compliant with standards. EA License No: 20C0270.

• Oversee the daily care and support arrangements for residents and coordinate with relevant staff to ensure their needs are attended to.
• Develop, coordinate and facilitate programmes and activities that support residents’ social, emotional and general well-being.
• Conduct monthly interviews with residents and maintain the necessary records for monitoring and follow-up purposes.
• Ensure Home equipment is properly maintained, safe for use and reported for repair or servicing when necessary.
• Ensure the Home’s premises are clean, orderly and maintained in accordance with established standards.
