Job summary

Wecruit Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Social Worker/Caseworker to support residents by developing individualized care plans based on their needs and conditions. You will implement these plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure welfare and safety.

The role requires a degree or graduate diploma in Social Work, Psychology or Counselling, willingness to follow SOPs, and the ability to work rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Willing to adhere to SOPs when carrying out duties.
• Willing to work rotating shifts according to the duty roster.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
