Job summary

SingHealth Group invites applications for the Senior/Associate Executive SingHealth Residency (Post Grad Year 1), a 2-year contract to provide comprehensive operational support for the residency programme.

You will coordinate logistics for residency events, manage documentation, support educational initiatives, liaise with internal and external parties, maintain resident records, perform data entry and assist with financial reporting and audits.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline.
• Experience in healthcare or training environment is advantageous.
• Good team player with interpersonal and communication skills.
• Meticulous, independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for residency events and venue bookings.
• Manage documentation, resident records and data entry.
• Support educational initiatives and cross-train across programmes as needed.
• Assist with meeting preparation, catering arrangements and audits.
• Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth operations.
