JobStudio Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a proactive Study Coordinator to support participant recruitment, scheduling, and data administration for research studies. The role involves coordinating outreach, screening, appointment management, and logistics to ensure smooth study execution.

You will maintain recruitment records, handle participant queries, and help ensure compliance with research ethics and data protection guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N/O Level or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Able to commit at least 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential study participants through approved channels (e.g. flyers, social media, community referrals).
• Screen candidates against eligibility criteria and maintain accurate recruitment records.
• Follow up with prospective participants and answer basic queries about the study.
• Track recruitment progress and flag gaps to the research team.
• Schedule and confirm participant appointments for study sessions, assessments, or interviews.
• Send reminders and manage reschedules or cancellations in a timely manner.
• Coordinate logistics for study activities including room bookings and equipment preparation.
• Assist with data entry, filing, and maintenance of study records.
• Prepare and organise participant consent forms, questionnaires, and study materials.
• Support the team with general correspondence, document formatting, and printing.
• Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as directed by the Principal Investigator or research team.
• Handle participant information with strict confidentiality in line with data protection guidelines.
• Ensure all administrative processes adhere to institutional research ethics requirements.
