Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a science-related discipline.
• Internship experience in clinical research, laboratories, healthcare, or related field is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager and Clinical Team with day-to-day project activities.
• Update and maintain clinical systems to track study and site compliance within project timelines.
• Prepare, distribute, file, and archive clinical documents and study reports.
• Review study files to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Track and manage Case Report Forms (CRFs), clinical queries, and data flow.
• Assist with regulatory submissions, safety reports, and other project administrative tasks.
• Support project finance activities, including expense and invoice tracking, as well as site payment reviews.
• Coordinate project communications with sponsors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide additional project support as assigned.

Education
