Job summary

The National Heart Centre Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Research Coordinator to assist Principal Investigators in planning and coordinating clinical research projects. You will screen and recruit participants, report events, enter data, collect and process biological samples, maintain site files and follow up with participants.

You will also conduct phone interviews or questionnaires, ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practice, and support the department with general administrative duties.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science or Nursing or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficient in English and business writing.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable interacting with patients.
• Meticulous, a good team player, independent and self-motivated.
• Vaccination proof for Measles and Tdap (within last 10 years).

Responsibilities

• Assist Principal Investigator(s) to implement and coordinate research projects.
• Screening, recruitment, events reporting, data entry and documentation.
• Collect and process biological specimens; maintain sites files.
• Follow up with research participants; conduct phone interviews or questionnaires.
• Adhere to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulatory compliance.
• Support department with general administrative tasks.
