Responsibilities

• Plan and execute study recruitment activities, including invitations and outreach to potential volunteers
• Explain study protocols to potential participants and schedule their screening appointments
• Support publicity drives and external partnerships to boost recruitment
• Maintain the recruitment database and help track recruitment metrics
• Help create recruitment forms/documents in line with study and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with Business Operations on screening schedules
• Deliver excellent customer service and safeguard participant privacy and confidentiality at all times
