Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD in STEM and experience supporting researchers.
• Understanding of research workflows and academic environments is required.
• Familiarity with grant applications is advantageous.
• Strong interest in research operations and programme management.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in documentation.
• Proactive and able to manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Support coordination and tracking of ongoing research projects, including timelines and deliverables.
• Provide operational support for core facilities hosted by the programme.
• Prepare research progress reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders.
• Coordinate communication and logistics for collaborations with local and international partners.
• Organise seminars, workshops, conferences, and strategic meetings.
• Assist in preparation/submission of grant applications and post-award management.
