Job summary

The Singapore Indian Development Association (SINDA) invites applications for a Research Lead to manage end-to-end research projects, including data collection, analysis, report writing and stakeholder presentations. You will contribute to workplan reviews and impact evaluations to ensure outputs are high-quality and aligned with organisational priorities.

Responsibilities include monitoring impact metrics, guiding study design, mentoring staff, and presenting insights to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in social sciences or statistics.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in research, programme evaluation, or impact assessment.
• Exposure to Theory of Change or impact measurement frameworks is an advantage.
• Strong data literacy and statistical knowledge.
• Excellent written and communication skills; ability to engage diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end research and programme evaluation projects.
• Design research methodologies and develop instruments.
• Oversee data collection and analysis.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and insights for senior management.
• Lead impact clinics, discussions, and workshops with stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs and support planning, governance, and landscape scans.
• Mentor and guide research staff to deliver high-quality outputs.
• Ensure research activities comply with ethical standards and organisational guidelines.
