• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced research on solid-state batteries, high-energy batteries, and materials for electronic devices.
• Design and perform electrochemical, mechanical, and materials characterizations.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners on joint projects.
• Prepare manuscripts for high-impact journals and present at international conferences.
• Contribute to grant proposal writing and new project development.
• Mentor and supervise PhD, Master’s, and undergraduate students in the lab.
