Formación

• PhD in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Physics, or related fields.
• Strong publishing record in battery research.
• Independent thinker with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct independent and collaborative research on battery materials, electrolytes, and interphase engineering.
• Design and perform advanced electrochemical testing.
• Synthesize novel molecules and materials for battery electrolyte and interphase designs.
• Develop AI/ML methods to accelerate materials discovery for battery applications.
• Utilize and develop characterization techniques to probe electrode interphase evolutions.
• Publish research outcomes in leading journals and present at international conferences.
• Collaborate with internal/external partners including industry and international research groups.
• Contribute to grant proposals, project reports, and lab safety/management operations.
