Responsibilities

• Design and develop high‑performance, low‑power digital, mixed‑signal, RF, and analog integrated circuits (ICs). Development cycle includes circuit design, simulation, modeling, layout, and verification.
• Explore and apply AI and machine learning techniques for IC design and optimization.
• Develop scripts and algorithms for analog IC design.
• Assist the school in various teaching activities, including instructing or supervision of labs and tutorials.

Qualifications

• PhD (Research Fellow) in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or other related fields.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in IC design/Electronics.
• Familiar with Analog/RF/Digital/mixed-signal IC design.
• Proficiency in Cadence.
