Job summary

Nanyang Technological University Singapore is seeking a Research Fellow to join the Innovative Electronic and Electromagnetic Devices Laboratory (i–Lab). This position will focus on the development and study of ultrafast nanodevices operating at the frontier of electronics and photonics.

Candidates must hold a PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Materials Science, and possess a strong background in device physics, design, and fabrication. Responsibilities will involve theoretical analysis, cleanroom fabrication, and experimental characterization of electronic and photonic devices.

Qualifications

• PhD qualification degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related field.
• Background in design, fabrication and characterization of electronic or photonic devices/circuits.
• Strong publication record in device physics/engineering.

• Cleanroom fabrication of micro and nano-devices.
