Job summary

NTU Singapore's School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering invites applications for a Research Fellow in IC design to design and realize high speed high efficiency analog/RF ICs. The role includes contributing to teaching activities as required by the school.

Candidates should hold a Ph.D./M.Eng./MSc in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields, with at least 2 years of IC design experience.

Qualifications

• Ph.D./M.Eng/MSc in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or other related fields.
• Entry Level candidates are welcome to apply
• At least 2 years of relevant experiences in IC design/Electronics
• Familiar with Analog/Power Management/RF/ADC/DAC IC design
• Proficiency in Cadence
• Proficiency in Python and Matlab
• Experience in implementing algorithms for machine learning
• Good written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and test RF power management ICs or other analog/mixed signal/RF ICs.
• Development cycle including circuit design, simulation, modeling, layout, verification and measurements.
• Develop scripts and algorithms for analog IC design
• Prepare research papers/reports/technology disclosures, etc
• Assist the school in various teaching activities, including instructing or supervision of labs and tutorials
