Job summary

The National University of Singapore is seeking a Centre Manager to oversee the strategic and day-to-day management of the research centre. You will plan, coordinate, and monitor multiple research, testing, and industry projects to ensure timely delivery and achievement of project objectives.

Additionally, you will develop relationships with government agencies, industry partners, and other stakeholders, monitor KPIs, track milestones and deliverables, and identify new funding opportunities

Qualifications

PhD in Engineering or Chemistry or a related discipline.
Experience in research administration and program management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in proposal preparation or industry partnership development.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and monitor multiple research, testing, and industry projects to ensure timely delivery and achievement of project objectives
Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies, industry partners, and other stakeholders
Monitor key performance indicators and track project milestones and deliverables
Identify and pursue new funding opportunities and industry partnerships relevant to the centre's growth strategy
Manage budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation for the centre
