• Lead day‑to‑day operations of CoRE 2.0 across its four strategic functions.
• Coordinate with faculty, researchers, and administrative offices for smooth implementation.
• Provide secretariat support to leadership and governance committees.
• Develop and implement operational policies and performance monitoring systems.
• Support strategic planning, growth initiatives, and external funding opportunities.
• Oversee financial and grant management, budgeting, and reporting.
