Job summary

Qualifications

• Essential Master’s degree, preferably in Psychology, Sociology, or a related social science discipline.
• Applicants with a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of relevant research experience will also be considered.
• Proficiency in using statistical software package (e.g., R, Mplus).
• Experience with survey data collection and data management workflows.
• Experience with psychometric and predictive statistical analysis such as confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation modelling and longitudinal analysis.
• Possess strong interpersonal communication, academic writing and language skills.
• Proactive and capable of managing tasks independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Data management, processing and advanced data analysis, including qualitative components
• Support research project deliverables such as reports, research dissemination, publications, database organisation
• Assist with the responsibilities and deliverables of the larger research programme
• Conduct literature reviews proactively or as assigned by the PI / Co-PIs
• Other tasks as assigned by the Principal Investigator / Co-PIs
