Job summary

Goodwill Entertainment Holding Limited is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to lead renovation, fit‑out, and development projects for the group’s outlets in Singapore. You will oversee MEP, fire protection drawings, schedule, budgets, and regulatory compliance with landlords, management, consultants, and authorities.

The role requires 3–5 years in construction project management, proficiency in AutoCAD, and strong English and Mandarin communication.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Building Science, or related field, recognized by the Building and Construction Authority (BCA).
• 3–5 years in construction, renovation, or fit-out project management.
• Experience liaising with landlords, building management, and authorities for approvals.
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin ability strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage renovation, fit-out, and development projects for outlets.
• Plan and monitor project schedules to meet time and budget.
• Coordinate with landlords, consultants, authorities for approvals.
• Oversee contractors to ensure work aligns with specs and timeline.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
• Provide regular progress reports to management.
• Resolve onsite issues to avoid delays.
• Ensure completion meets operational requirements and oversee handover.
