Job summary

LITTLE BIG EMPLOYMENT AGENCY PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced renovation project manager to oversee end-to-end projects in Singapore. You will manage client relations, procurement, quotations and overall coordination with subcontractors and internal teams.

The role requires strong communication, 5+ years of hands-on renovation experience and the ability to visit sites across Singapore. Mandarin is a plus; there are opportunities for career advancement and performance-based rewards.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Business Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on working experience in interior renovation and equipment installation.
• In-depth knowledge of renovation procedures, material sourcing, project costing and quotation.
• Strong client communication, negotiation and project management capabilities.
• Mandarin speaking is preferred.
• Able to visit project sites across Singapore and meet clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage full renovation workflow from client consultation, design confirmation, material procurement, quotation preparation to project handover.
• Source and evaluate construction & finishing materials and equipment; compare suppliers and control material cost.
• Prepare detailed project quotations, cost estimation and contract documents for renovation projects.
• Communicate closely with clients to understand renovation requirements, update project progress and resolve on-site queries.
• Conduct overall project management, monitor construction schedule, site quality and progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, site supervisors and internal teams to mitigate project risks.
• Develop new client leads, maintain existing customer relationships and achieve company sales targets.
• Prepare regular project progress reports and track payment collection.
