Qualifications

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• 4+ years of working experience related to above skillsets.
• Technical competence across product analysis, growth loops, and monetization strategies.
• Experience teaching technical concepts and public speaking is a plus.
• Graduate from a Udacity Nanodegree program is an added plus.
• Ability to conduct webinars and organize technical talks.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for students daily via online community forum.
• Answer questions around course content and facilitate content for learners.
• Organize community activities such as webinars, quizzes, and challenges.
• Share articles and resources to enrich learners' personal and professional growth.
• Attend regular online meetings with Udacity representatives via Zoom or forum.
• Be responsive in discussions and encourage engagement through events.
