Job summary

DLL Group in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to drive incremental new business by managing key partner relationships and pursuing proactive business development. You will work across DLL’s global and local Construction, Technology, Transport and Industrial vendor/dealer partnerships, and with direct customers, reporting to the Sales leadership in Singapore.

• Minimum 10 years' experience in a vendor or channel-focused finance sales / business development role.

Responsibilities

• Expand and maintain partnerships through proactive relationship management and new business development.
• Develop and execute program management strategies to exceed sales budgets and grow partner volumes.
• Drive business growth with global and local partners across Construction, Technology, Transport and Industrial industries.
• Train and develop partner sales teams to improve finance penetration and close high-quality deals.
• Handle first-line escalation on price, Terms & Conditions changes and settlement exceptions.
• Collaborate with DLL internal teams to streamline applications, approvals and settlements.
• Engage directly with customers to address broader finance needs outside partner-led business.
• Identify and resolve issues before they affect partners or customers.
