Binance is seeking a Spot Operations professional to help run the day-to-day spot trading operations, manage announcements, and turn market data into actionable insights for regional teams. The role supports cross-functional collaboration across business units and works closely with Customer Service on spot-related issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/finance/economics/data preferred.
• Solid communication skills, written and verbal, due to cross-functional collaboration.
• Operations experience, preferably in Crypto.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin to coordinate with overseas partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day spot operations and announcements.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and share updates with regional teams.
• Analyse market and product data, and prepare reports on request.
• Coordinate market updates with regional teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Customer Service on spot-related issues and feedback.
