Native is a CLOB DEX for onchain spot liquidity. We are seeking a hands-on partner operations specialist in Singapore to support integrations, monitor health, and rapidly respond to inquiries.

The role requires 0-2 years of experience and fluency in English and Chinese, with duties spanning test access, issue tracking, and CRM maintenance to ensure smooth launches and ongoing performance.

Qualificações

• 0-2 years of experience required.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese.

Responsabilidades

• Support new partner integrations — including test access, testing, tracking production launch and performance monitoring.
• Check existing partner integrations for service health, availability, performance and other key signals.
• Act as the first contact for partner feedback, questions, and issues.
• Reply to routine questions using documentations, internal knowledge base, and other available tools.
• Quickly diagnose issues, share clear updates, and escalate unresolved cases to the right team members, track progress, follow up and close with partners.
• Monitor internal system + trading dashboards; spot abnormal system behaviour or operating parameters.
• Receives system alerts, investigate anomalies, record key details, dingoes based on SOPs, and alert the right owner when further action is needed.
• Maintain related CRM sources — integration trackers, incident logs, and launch checklists up to date.
