Job summary

Veremark, a remote-first HR tech scale-up, seeks a Senior Finance Manager to lead financial control and operations globally. You will own the close, accounting integrity and controls across entities, driving scalable finance operations as the business grows.

The role requires a strong technical accounting background, multi-country experience, and hands-on leadership to develop a high-performing team and implement automation and governance across Finance.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of progressive finance experience with emphasis on financial control and operations.
• Strong technical accounting foundation with ability to resolve complex issues.
• Experience leading multi-country finance teams and audits.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end monthly, quarterly and annual close across all entities with strong controls.
• Review consolidated accounts, reconciliations and ensure proper accounting treatments.
• Drive policy improvements and scalable control frameworks across the Group.
• Lead Group accounting, compliance, tax and governance across jurisdictions.
• Partner with FP&A to provide accurate forecasting and reporting.
• Oversee core finance operations: AP, AR, billing, collections, treasury and intercompany.
