Job summary
Chainguard is hiring an Enterprise Sales Engineer to Singapore. You will assess technical requirements, demonstrate Chainguard solutions, and engage with decision-makers to secure technical wins. The role emphasizes MEDDPICC, pre-sales excellence, and building credibility across stakeholders.
You will partner with the sales team to acquire new logos, expand existing accounts, and own the technical narrative from demos to RFP responses. Remote-friendly with Singapore focus.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Sales Engineer / Pre-Sales Engineer.
- Experience with MEDDPICC or Command of the Message frameworks.
- Experience selling into Enterprise (3+ years) and Mid Market prospects.
- Knowledge of container technologies (Kubernetes, Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google).
- Understanding cloud security or container security and app security.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Sales Team to evaluate and prove value of Chainguard.
- Acquire new customer logos while growing existing accounts.
- Own all technical aspects of sales opportunities and articulate value to customers.
- Listen to customer challenges and perform product demos/POVs/POCs.
- Engage in webinars, meetups, conferences and other marketing activities.
